Aloha Isle (Magic Kingdom) - Raspberry, Pineapple, and Raspberry Pineapple Swirl (nondairy machine) (*Vanilla and Coconut Soft Serve sold here Contain Dairy).
Sunshine Tree Terrace (Magic Kingdom) - Orange, Strawberry, and Orange Strawberry Swirl (*Vanilla Soft Serve sold here contains dairy)
Tamu (Animal Kingdom) - Pineapple Flavor Only. Strawberry flavored syrup available.
Trilo-Bites (Animal Kingdom) - Flavors may vary, including lime and orange.
Snack Shack (Typhoon Lagoon) - Pineapple, Lime, Mango, and Raspberry
Pineapple Lanai (Polynesian Resort) - Pineapple

Where to find it: This fruity frozen treat can be found at various locations throughout the theme parks and resorts, including Aloha Isle and Sunshine Tree Terrace at Magic Kingdom, Tamu Tamu at Animal Kingdom, at the Pineapple Lanai at Disney's Polynesian Resort, and Snack Shack at Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Hollywood Studios does not offer Dole Whip, but ice cream shops may offer Tofutti soy-milk frozen dessert, there are frozen lemonade venders, and the Milk Stand offers a coconut based Blue and Green milk from the movie Star Wars.
Allergens Listed: Fruit Flavored Dole Whips Contain Coconut Oil (Tree Nuts). Also contains Corn. *When ordering, always ask to see the ingredient binder and alert the staff of your allergies. Some locations also offer Dairy Soft Serve at their locations, including Vanilla, Chocolate, and Coconut flavors. If concerned about possible cross contact, ask if any precautions can be made while making the order, such as washing hands or changing gloves. We have had great experiences with staff at Aloha Isle, Sunshine Tree Terrace, and Tamu Tamu with regard to allergy safety.
Additional Locations/Use Caution: Dole Whip is also available at Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs (for those concerned with cross contact (CC), use caution when ordering at this location as it is not Disney owned and flavors at Swirls on the Water change frequently. Many flavors at Swirls contain dairy or tree nuts (e.g. jalapeno flavor and pistachio flavor). Epcot has a Dole Whip Stand, but we do not recommend this location for anyone with food allergies, as they did not have proper allergy protocols, ingredient binder, or knowledge of ingredients.
Our Rating: ***** 5 Stars - A Sweet, Tangy, and Refreshingly Cool Treat for hot Florida days. We really like the pineapple raspberry swirl from Aloha Isle best (neither flavor is as exciting alone, we've tried them). Staff at Aloha Isle, Sunshine Tree Terrace, and Tamu Tamu have been so nice, washing hands and avoiding cross contact with dairy.
